The International Conference on Web Intelligence, Mining & Semantics (WIMS)has travelled from Seoul, Korea (2019), Novi Sad, Serbia (2018), Anantea, Italy (2017), Nimes, France (2016), Larnaca, Cyprus (2015), Thessaloniki, Greece (2014), Madrid, Spain (2013), Craiova, Romania (2012) to Sogndal, Norway (2011). The 10th WIMS will take place at Biarritz, a luxurious seaside tourist destination on the Bay of Biscay in the French Basque Country.

WIMS is a forum to present state-of-the-art results in building Intelligent Web, to examine performance characteristics of various approaches in Web-based intelligent information technology, and to cross-fertilize ideas on the development of Web-based intelligent information management solutions across different domains. WIMS solicits regular and work-in-progress research, discussion papers and industry experience report papers in related fields. Papers exploring new directions or areas are also welcome. In particular but not exclusively, the submissions within the following major areas are relevant:

Submission, proceedings

Accepted papers will appear in the proceedings published by ACM (tentative). Author instructions with LaTex2e (preferred) and Word macro files are available at (https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template). Papers must be submitted online through EasyChair (https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=wims2019). Submitted papers should not exceed 10 pages (long papers) and 4 pages (short ones), including figures, tables and references. For each paper at least one of the authors MUST register for the conference by the camera-ready submission deadline with a full registration

Special Issue

A special issue with selected papers will appear at the Big Data Research (Springer), World Wide Web (Springer), International Journal of Intelligent Information & Database Systems (Interscience).
