BCI accepts original papers dealing with both theory and/or practical aspects of wide areas of ICT are solicited.

The 11th edition of Balkan Conference in Informatics BCI will be held during the month of October 13 – 15, in Tirana, Albania.

Papers reporting on developments, reviews, proposals, and project on Information Technology in South-East Europe in the following areas are also solicited:

  • Governance (e.g. systems in place, policies, etc)
  • Education (curricula issues, secondary and higher education, etc)
  • Professional Issues (e.g. employment, Computer Societies, entrepreneurship, etc)
  • European ICT Priorities (e.g. enterprise, smart specialization, aging, etc)
